Renovations and Repairs Inspection:

 

Built Right offers a unique service called a R.R.I. certificate. The client provides us with a list of repairs or renovations that were performed. Our inspector will go come to your property and review these items. A report will be prepared and delivered to the client describing the status of the repairs.

 

Giving you peace of mind that the upgrades you have made to your home have been completed properly.

 

The fee for this service is $100.00 base fee plus $10.00 per item.

 

Maintenance Inspection:

 

Proper and on-going maintenance is essential to retaining and growing the value of your home, which is why after the inspection Built Right provides you with a helpful Preventative Home Maintenance Checklist.

 

Preventative home maintenance, as the name implies can help you prevent more costly repairs down the road. Built Right estimates that homeowners should spend between 1 to 3% of the value of your home on annual home maintenance and repairs.



New Home Warranty

 

Your one year builders warranty will expire usually within the first year after closing. Many times the one year warranty expiration marks the final opportunity to identify, document, and inform your Builders of items that need repair or adjustment. All safety hazards, repairs, and adjustments should be professionally documented BEFORE your Builder is relieved of their responsibility under the one year warranty.

 

Built Right Home Inspection specializes in working with buyers of new homes whose one year warranty is coming to an end. Once you have your home inspected by our professional, licensed, and certified home inspection company and you receive our written report, you will have the knowledge and documentation to discuss any home problems with the quality of the materials or the workmanship with your Builder.
